Deer Park Solar North, LLC – Proposed 2 MW Solar Photovoltaic Generating Facility

Pursuant to §1-601 of the Environment Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland and related Environmental Justice requirements under HB 1200 (2022), Deer Park Solar North, LLC will hold an informational public meeting regarding its proposed 2 Megawatt (MW) solar photovoltaic generating facility to be located in Garrett County near 5234 Maryland Hwy, Oakland, MD 21550

This meeting is being conducted in accordance with Maryland’s Renewable Energy Certainty Act (RECA), which requires applicants to hold two informational meetings within the county served and within approximately 10 miles of the proposed project site prior to permit approval. This meeting constitutes the second of the two required informational meetings for this project.
