Asset Manager

Navisun is seeking an Asset Manager to support its growing pipeline of operating solar, and solar plus storage assets. This role is well-suited for a highly organized, punctual, and self-motivated individual. This position will be the main point of contact for multiple assets, each with their own unique obligations and contracts. Must have experience analyzing and reviewing contracts. Strong written and oral communication skills are required. Understanding of solar, and storage facility design, operation, management, and financing.

Director of Solar O&M

The Director of Solar O&M will monitor and manage Navisun’s portfolio of distributed generation solar projects across the United States to ensure optimal generation performance of the company’s solar photovoltaic (PV) plant portfolio as well as energy storage. Overall responsibilities will include management of third-party O&M service providers, oversee large scale remediation and/or repowering efforts, production performance analysis and reporting, preparation of OpEx and CapEx budgets and collaborating cross functionally with other internal stakeholders (i.e. Finance, Legal, HSSE, Development, Procurement etc.)

The Director of Solar O&M will work closely with the Engineering and Construction teams to achieve overall Solar performance goals. Travel to project sites when needed.

Construction Manager

The Construction Manager is the lead role for all construction operations work for a Navisun project from initial site mobilization until final completion. The Construction Manager is responsible for understanding and coordinating the onsite work of all Subcontractors; as well as managing Subcontractor relationships as a representative of Navisun. This role is responsible for the management of on-site construction to guarantee a high-quality project, on time, and on budget.

Project Manager

The Project Manager is the lead role for all construction operations work for a Navisun project from initial budget and schedule until final completion. The Project Manager is responsible for understanding and coordinating the work of all Subcontractors; as well as managing Subcontractor relationships as a representative of Navisun. This role is responsible for the management and documentation of Construction Operation decisions and deliverables to guarantee a high-quality project, on time, and on budget.
